If your company depends on maximum uptime and technical support around the clock, there is no alternative to PFB Care Select.

Technical live support is available for you around the clock. We also maintain a pool of replacement equipment so that defective devices can be switched out overnight.

If a device needs to be repaired, we configure a replacement device with your settings and applications and send it to you in time for use the next morning.

PFB Care Select

On-site Service

One call, and a certified PFB technician will be on the way to you. Using original parts directly on site, the technician will restore your device to its original condition so that you can resume normal operations. Optimum availability of your equipment and a single point of contact from call to repair.

In addition to PFB OneCare Premier, Select and Essential, TSS (technical and software support) agreements are available as well. As part of TSS, you receive enhanced access to technical resources, including software updates and technical support.
